IIshbiliya Village development presented at Property Arabia 2006

Property Arabia 2006A leading Islamic commercial and investment bank, revealed its US$ 150 million Ishbiliya Village development to the Middle East’s real estate market at Property Arabia 2006, the regions’ leading international property and investment exhibition, currently taking place at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center.

 

The unique development, funded and owned by KFH-Bahrain and its investors, introduces into the Bahrain real-estate market a new concept in living with reasonable priced housing and modern apartments combined within a dynamic environment, established according to world-class architectural and building standards including main and secondary roads and communal areas which will be designed to perfection.

 

The Ishbiliya Village stand, attracted crowds of Bahrainis, GCC nationals who found the 176,000m2 sized development truly unique in its concept of a vibrant environment that provides maximum lifestyle amenities to residents and maximum benefit to commercial tenants. It will be located in close proximately to the heart of Manama overlooking shaikh Khalifa Highway leading to King Fahad causeway.

The Ishbiliya Village will boast over 300 beautifully appointed villas of varying size and price, these include single detached villas and row houses.  In addition, for those seeking smaller properties, there are some 500 apartments also planned for the development.

 

Commercial units will also serve as an integral component of the project with the development of a mall, retail shops and restaurants.  Other community based services will also be created for residents of Ishbiliya village, including  common areas to gather, places of worship, private educational facilities for youngsters and public parks.
