Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd., a leading producer of dairy products and juices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the largest juice manufacturer in the Middle East, has announced plans to boost its production of health-oriented beverages and dairy products in response to growing regional and global consumer demand.

MilkAl Rabie will take advantage of the current consumer trend within the Gulf favoring healthy food and drinks to further boost its sales in the region’s booming 800 million liters of juices and beverages per year. The announcement comes only weeks after the company launched an expansion program aimed at fortifying its local and export markets through key investments intended to enhance distribution processes, particularly in non-traditional channels. Al Rabie brand is a household name not only in Saudi Arabia but also in the GCC countries, Jordan and Yemen which relies on juices and dairy products as its main export to other Gulf countries.

Monther Al Harthi, CEO, Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd., said: “Our country is currently the largest market for food and beverages in the Gulf. The current trend towards nutritional sustenance perfectly fits our company’s corporate mission of producing and providing healthy and high-quality products that satisfy consumer needs. We will intensify our efforts to provide healthy beverages as ambassadors for the global drive towards improved well-being.”

“The Middle East and the gulf markets offer vast opportunities for the beverage industry, as it has one of the growing per capita liquid consumption in the Middle East. Adding to this the consumer shift towards healthy food and drinks, which are precisely what Al Rabie envisioned to produce since its inception, our company expects to enjoy even more growth in the near future.  As Al Rabie’ motto “Health for all” we remain committed to providing healthy beverages and dairy products that offer quality and value while contributing to a healthier citizenry,” concluded Al Harthi.
