Abraj Al BaitEmaar, the leading global property developer, is offering fully-furnished serviced residences in the Holy City of Makkah. Emaar is showcasing spacious studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments at the tallest tower in the Holy City developed by Saudi Bin Laden Group and located in the heart of Abraj Al Bait.

Abraj Al Bait, comprising seven elegant towers, is part of the King AbdulAziz Endowment of The Two Holy Mosques, and is an architectural landmark created to serve visitors who come to the Holy City of Makkah from around the world.

The fully-serviced Emaar Residences at Abraj Al Bait Makkah, ranging in size from 40 to 160 sq m, are located in the upper-most floors of the tower, and are being offered on a timeshare lease programme. Potential customers can contact Emaar’s sales representatives who will be present at the special stand at Abraj Al Bait mall throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.

“Abraj Al Bait fulfils the vision of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin AbdulAziz AlSaud to serve pilgrims to the Holy City,” said Mr Issam Galadari, Managing Director, Emaar International. “We are thankful to King Abdullah for the opportunity to be part of this coveted development, which highlights the Islamic heritage.”

“Emaar’s homes are ideal for pilgrims and families who desire to own a home in the Holy City,” added Mr Galadari. “The apartments will be greatly sought after during the Hajj season and the Holy Month of Ramadan.”

Residents at the Emaar Residences at Abraj Al Bait Makkah will have the privilege of witnessing the Holy Ka’bah, Haram or Makkah city from their rooms. Room service and housekeeping services will be provided and utmost attention given to safety and security aspects. The homes will feature the latest digital network for hi-speed telecommunication facilities. Hi-speed elevators offer fast access to rooms even during prayer time.

Mr Galadari added: “The apartments will be elegantly furnished with contemporary fittings and designs while maintaining the character of Islamic structures. A kitchenette, living area, dining area, built-in wardrobe and bathroom are standard for all rooms.”

Abraj Al Bait will have a modern shopping mall for the convenience of residents. Emaar residents will also have easy access to hotels, leisure and fitness facilities.
